2007 ASID SHOWCASE HOME TOUR
A truly extreme home makeover for this Cass Gilbert masterpiece required unique garage doors. Designed in partnership with architect Thomas Blanck, an authority on Cass Gilbert, these doors were completely finished on the interior as the garage/pavilions is used for garden parties.

WINDOW DETAIL
Cass Gilbert often incorporated diamond patterns in his work so we designed the windows in his honor.
ANTIQUED FINISH
An antique glaze was applied over the custom stain to give the doors an aged appearance.
FINISHED INTERIOR
The interior of the garage doors was completely overlaid with vertical grain cedar and finished with a custom color and antique glaze.
COVERED STRUTS WITH DECORATIVE CLAVOS
Every strut was completely clad in cedar. Powder coated clavos and careful carpentry detail enhance the look of the doors.
